New-York Architecture firm, Dash Marshall, merged two lofts into one single home in the trendy neighbourhood of Tribeca in New-York City. The centrepiece of this renovation project is the elegant staircase connecting both lofts. It appears like a delicate sculpture inside the new home. Made out of dark steel, it elegantly whirls up to meet the first floor while a spiral of metallic slats gives it the appearance of a beautiful birdcage.
